In compliance with the aims and objectives of the Nigerian Ports Authority, a well articulated administration was put in place to help the organization offer an efficient and competitive service to both the nation and the shipping world.
The Nigerian Ports Authority administrative and corporate headquarters is located at 26/28 Marina, Lagos. The daily management and administration of the organization is under the supervision of the Managing Director. To achieve better performance the managing Director is assisted by three Executive Directors who are in turn assisted by General Managers and Assistant Managers.
